Distilled at Buffalo Trace in Kentucky, this bourbon uses a recipe which uses wheat and malted barely which comes from North Dakota. It is produced using a small number of hand selected barrels before being bottled at a ‘barrel proof’ of 62.65% abv. with this expression being released in 2021.
