While blended in Japan, The Tagouchi 18 Year old is a blend of Scottish and Canadian grains produced with Japanese style by Chugoku Jozo.On the nose it has smooth aromas of peach and pear, before moving to a powerful and fresh palate of white pepper, malted cereals and violet. A gentle dry and lingering finish with flavours of pine nuts and sunflower seeds. Chugoko Jozo has been producing whisky since 1918 near the city of Hiroshima. Only aging, blending and bottling are carried out by the team of Chugoku Jozo.
