The gin-based drink has flavours of Earl Grey tea, cardamom, cucumber, and lemon verbena, which comes from the intricate mix of botanicals that are used in Sipsmith’s distilling process. The lemon verbena even comes from one of the distillery team’s own garden. And the gin used is Sipsmith’s handcrafted traditional London Dry, which is mixed using the uncompromising ‘one-shot’ method instead of being made from concentrate, in the distillery’s traditional copper pot still. This careful process results in a drink which is bold, zesty, and deliciously fragrant on a warm evening.
