Their sizeable domaine comprises an enviable portfolio of chalky Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Wines from the latter perfectly express the appellation’s classic smoky, minerally character. The grassy nuances and soft asparagus notes of this latest vintage leave nothing to be desired. Great with goat cheeses, oysters and baked cod.
