Made from Pedro Ximenez grapes which are laid out to raisin in the sun after picking and so have immense levels of natural sugar. So dark it’s almost black in colour, it has super-concentrated flavours of raisins and figs and is enormously sweet. Velvety and soft on the palate it retains a perfect balance and long finish.
