Palax Craft Beer is somewhat murky in appearance. Why? Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, causing the remaining yeast to settle in the bottom of the bottle. Drink as normal, do not shake the bottle. Palax has a pleasant aroma with notes of grain, honey, flowers and citrus fruits, all of which follow through the flavour.
