The first sparkling Albarino, by renowned producer Mar de Frades from Galicia in northwestern Spain. About 10 days before the main harvest for the still Albarino certain small plots are harvested and then the grapes hand sorted ready for the production of this, the dry, sparkling Albarino. Fully fizzy, golden yellow with green hues in the glass and expressive aromas of citrus and stone fruit with eucalyptus notes. Dry, clean and very refreshing on the palate with noticeable Albarino lemon and stone fruit flavours on the crisp finish.
