Tenimenti Ca’Bianca Gavi DOCG Cortese White Wine is the most important Piedmontese white dry wine. This wine has a delicate gold yellow with green colour. It has a fantastic scent of white flowers, vanilla and apple. On the palate it is dry, clean and elegant with a fine finish of spices and fruits. The fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand approximately 80 percent of the grapes is traditionally fermented in “white” at controlled temperature in small stainless steel vats.
