The Gabriel Boudier Crème de Mure Sauvages Liqueur (blackberry liqueur) is made by macerating wild blackberries from Morocco and Chile in alcohol before added sugar to balance the acidity. It has an aromatic nose of blackberry and raspberry jam with a hint of violets. On the tongue is lingering blackberry fruits with a touch of vanilla and chocolate. Luxury in a glass!
