The palate is taut, spicy yet silky and fruit driven with a delicate finish.Careful selection of clean fruit by our vineyard crew ensured we acquired the best quality fruit in this difficult vintage. Matured ten months in 35 percent new French tight grain oak barriques. Spontaneous malo lactic fermentation occurred in the spring.
