Howard Raymond, son of the London property magnate and self-professed ‘Kind of Soho’ who built Soho up into the focal point of art, culture and music that it is today, has created a full-bodied gin to reflect the influence of his father on the area.
At 42%, this premium gin is bespoke, smooth and has a high presence of citrus botanicals such as grapefruit and lemon as well as the more traditional juniper.
This gin is quadruple distilled in a steel pot using twelve botanicals in the process. It is crafted in small batches using traditional methods, remaining true to its London Dry heritage.
The gin has a clean and gentle nose which belies its strength that opens up to reveal classic juniper and pine notes with a refreshing zest of citrus oil. The tangy grapefruit reluctantly gives way to soft warming spice.
A modern classic, it is complex yet harmonious and ideal for cocktails and drinks where the spirit is King.
