You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever up to 48 hours after the day you receive it. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will not take payment and your order will be stopped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to:

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
