​Scgroppino Corretto – Vodka &Prosecco

A cocktail and a desert in one? Don’t mind if I do! A refreshing Venetian cocktail that can also double up as a digestif or palate cleanser. The Venetians definitely know a thing or two about mixing a good drink – take the Aperol Spritz or Bellini for example – and the Scgroppino Corretto is no exception. It is fruity and fresh and will leave you wondering why on earth you have only just found out about this.

Ingredients (per drink)

25ml shot of Tito’s Vodka (Buy Here)

Large scoop of lemon sorbet

100ml Santa Loretta Prosecco (Buy Here)

Chilled glass

Method

For each person, simply roughly add one large scoop of lemon sorbet into a blender with 100ml of Santa Loretta Prosecco and 25ml of Tito’s Vodka. Whizz briefly and pour into a chilled glass. Or you can try adding a measure of fruit puree (strawberry or peach) to make a Bellini Sgroppino). If you don’t have a blender, then use a trusted old bowl and spoon to mix everything up.
